Debt Collection

Our Debt Collection services are executed in the form of a continuous process divided into various phases.

From the analysis of debtor files, it has come to our understanding that there is a diverse array of debtors, each with a story/background of the origin and default of the debt. As there are various categories of debt and debtors; each will be treated as an individual case, even though various similarities originate precedence that lead to formulation of specific categories of debt/debtor.

We also understand that there can never be an umbrella approach to handling various types of debtors, which is why we apply various techniques to collect outstanding monies from debtors.

Our debt collection process is quite comprehensive and involves various possibilities that we are likely to encounter and how we will deal with those situations and utilise all resources we have at our disposal until the file is closed.
